You'd be surprised...

I've watched some of my friends play Halo 2 online, it's pretty much as fast-paced as Unreal or w/e on the PC.
They can aim and move as if they were using a mouse and keyboard.

It really depends on the people you're playing against... if they're new to console FPSes, hell yeah it'll be unfair.
