Lets get the BOTS working

I have the retail version of CSS (obviously came with HL2), the bots dont work.

I have tried (bot_add_t & bot_add_ct) and get the "no profile" error

But i have heard that the illegal version of CSS has bots. Surly someone can uplode the files (profiles?) or code.

i have heard also that the bots are crap but am new to CSS and need to be better (i've played for at least 8 hours ovet the last 24 hrs)

Anywhere where i can get information on implementing bots would also be good (in another post it said a server had bots so it cant be that hard to do)

Once i've done it myself i'll put up a site with a guide on how to do it to help others!

i some how doubt you are going to be able to do it why not just wait for valve to release them officially there must be a reason for them not having enabled them JUST WAIT

Well, from my experience on cracked servers, the bots can't use ladders and they run (and see) straight through physically simulated objects as if they don't exist. I don't think that's good enough for Valve to consider ready for release.

What happened to the CZ bots, arent they meant to be really smart, I thought originally those were going to be ported over. Anyway I really want bots too, even PODbots would do me.

Beleive me you dont want the bots, if you play with any more then 10 your fps drop horribly, and they cause major lag.
