Level change after TIME

Is there a way to teleport to a level after a specific time...using the logic_timer or something else. was used in original HL at the scene of disaster.im sure i found a tutorial for this kinda thing. also the teleport for HL2 used this...HELP Please

Trigger_changelevel has a ChangeLevel input you can use for that.
