LG Network Blu-ray driver

Hey fellas.
I have been thinking of buying this thing called LG Network Blu-Ray Driver, Which supposedly does everything except taking out the trash. Prices went up a lot, it was around $275, but now jump back to $350. So I'm going to wait for it on sale again.
Besides playing Blu-ray at 1080p, it also plays regular DVD, Netflix, YouTube, Cinema Now, Voodoo. It will also play regular media on external drives through USB, it can stream audio and image files to TV through the network, it can either be hard-wired, or can be used in wireless. I mean the list goes on and on.
Anyone bought this yet, or thinking of buying? Please let me know your reviews.

If you have a HTPC or a computer near your tv just get an internal blu-ray player for 1/5th the price and share the drive over your network.

No, I don't have HTPC, and my PC is far away from TV (Downstairs in the basement)That is the reason I'm thinking of this device.
Even though, buying a HTPC could be great; you just gave me a brilliant idea. I will look into that as well.
