Linkin Park parody.

That was pretty good. Anytime I hear their songs on the radio it always makes me think some boy band (backstreet boys or whatever) tried doing rock music.

I worked with my brother for almost 8 years and he likes these guys. The only thing worse than hearing their music is hearing a live recording of their music, some people shouldn't be allowed to tour.

Oh god I loled, but i like LP, and it's not like they are the only one's who have a purely electronic rock sound.

What's so bad about electronic music anyway? If people like the sound of something, they should listen to it. That said, Linkin Park could do with less screaming and terrible lyrics.

You are right. However, I do not hate their style, as much as I hate their repetitive sounding songs and stupid lyrics. My other grievances have already been stated.

Newest album is good, diff to the old stuff.

New album was quite crappy, other than for what i've done, all the rest are too slow, purely electronic, and poppy.

so using electronics is bad now?

So NiN syck then huh?
For some, the use of synthesizers, turntables, and sound samples have always been frowned upon as far as rock or heavy metal goes. Thats why you have labels like "Industrial" (NiN, Ministry, etc) and "Nu-Metal" (Creamed Korn, Lame Bizkit, etc). Aside from that, there is also the poor use of those technologies or the overuse of them as well.

For me a talented band/musician is talented regardless of genre, there just seems to be less of them going around these days.

I like LP (at least their earlier stuff) but that video is still fairly spot on.
