I remember a while back there was a thread about these images (didn't contain any links though) that got about 5 pages long and had several mods participate in the discussion (I participated too).

Then it ended up being permanently deleted on the basis that discussing the images wasn't appropriate since it could pick the interest of younger forum members and cause them to look at it. Not to mention the descriptions began to become more and more graphic and lead to other obscene images being discussed.

So umm, with that being said I don't see what discussing a public forum warning can lead to.

Sadly with my internet things load so quickly, so I saw a very quick look at what it was. The 1/100th of a second that I did see of it went over in my mind a million times before it was all placed together like a puzzle... luckly I didn't have a complete idea of what it looked like, and that I am thankful for...

We have images turned off in all forums now apart from the art forum, where they're more of a necessity; and it's usually only the arty people that go there anyway so most people won't be affected by that.

hm at my university...err the one i used to go to, not the current one... some guy on the network had an entire folder filled with disgusting horrible things. not the least of which was video of people being killed. curiousity got the best of me and my friends, and well... i think i'm a little numbed by it all ;( bleh oh well... but the gross eating of certain things (vomit etc) doesn't bother me anymore... used to make me puke thinking about that, so thank you jerkoff sickos posting that crap.

Me neither, but.. for example I didn´t find that video (in which a white dood picks a fight with a black dood and then loses) funny at all, it just made me sorta embarrassed for the people in the video.

I must say I find this all sad. Sure, it's bad to post ******* and such, but you are all overreacting. It's only a picture. You see worse in the news each day. You play worse on your computer each day. etc etc. On both goatsex (goatse ain't a word, you have to say the name and the suffix in one word) and *******, the subjects are enjoying themselves. Sure, it's not everyone's thing, but there is no reason to condemn it

It's inapropriate for a forum, okay. But people that say they threw up or got sick or whatever because of it, need a life. People get murdered each day in useless wars. A fellow Dutchman was killed in iraq because of some stupid american war (saddam was bad, but I have yet to see one of those chemical weapons and stuff they started the war for). That is far far worse than any of those pictures. But do we get sick or throw up because of that?

When I saw both ******* or goatsex for the first time I laughed. It was funny. It's not that sick. Not sicker than people eating life worms for cash on Fear Factor.
