Lion escape in Quebec

the recent animal protection act didnt do enough to curb the ownership of exotic pets ..mostly because it would prevent roadside zoos from conducting business ..which is odd because the act was enacted to stop animal abuse and roadside zoos are often were the abuse is most prevelant
