Little help please

Ok I figured out what my problem is hopefully you can help me fix it. When I first started TF2 a windows security window came up and asked me whether or not to block the program. I think I accidentally hit block..how do I unblock it?

Depends what's blocking it, but it sounds like it might be Windows Firewall. Right click your connection icon in the system tray (bottom right), then go to:
Status > Properties > Advanced tab > Settings > Exceptions tab.

If there's an entry for TF2 in there, you can try deleting it and then clicking 'Unblock' when you next run TF2. Or you can go to 'Add program' and add your hl2 executable (ie. 'C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\[YOUR ACCOUNT NAME]\team fortress 2\hl2.exe' or whatever). Make sure the box beside the exception entry is checked.

If it's something else that's blocking it, an AV program or whatever, then this won't help and you'll need to check the procedure for allowing applications to run with whatever AV you're using.
