I'm trying to get LJacob to like me enough that I could buy guns from him, but everytime I call him up to hang out, he declines and I get negative rep.
Only time he likes what I do is when I do his drug runs.
I've only tried to
A)Play Pool
B)Go Eating
C)Go Drinking
D)See a show
he declines all of those, so what should I be doing to get is respect up?

i think most, if not all people do NOT like that
just continue along the storyline and take em out once and a while and you should get it pretty quickly

Like Dalamari said Jacob wakes up late, might even be 4pm from memory. I think Packie is 2pm. But that also means you can call them up at like 2am and they won't mind.

Also, try not to just do the same activity over and over, they'll turn you down after the 3rd or 4th time you ask them.

Something I noticed yesterday - if you want your reputation to stay the same without taking them out when they phone you, accept their offer. Then call them back up and cancel. Seems to work.
