Live in New York City Metro area? Test some new hardware

If anyone lives in the NYC Metro Area, there is a new beta going on to test a piece of hardware that surfs the internet and such.

Now, I'm going to turn on my Caps-Lock and say this to make it very clear to everyone.

THIS IS ONLY FOR THOSE IN NYC! IF YOU DON'T LIVE THERE, THEN DON'T BE A JERK AND USE THAT INVITATION. THEY WILL REJECT YOU IF THEY AREN'T SENDING THE DEVICE TO NYC SO DON'T TRY IT.

Okay, I hope that's clear. I just don't want a potential New Yorker who actually wants something to beta test to get the shaft because someone in California decided to see if they can get accepted.
