Loading times terrible and unexpected

Ok, i've been playing the game now for about 2 days and the loading times were great. It usually takes from like 5 to 15 seconds. But now after I got the buggy lowered off the magnet I am to the part where you are in the tunnel with the really bright light at the end. The load time is terrible. It has been sitting here for about 10 minutes now. I tried to do it through console with map d2_shore_02 but the map isn't there. All i have is d2_shore_03. Any ideas guys?

hmm, maybe a corrupt/missing map file - which would suck big time.

If you don't solve the problem soon, try deleting the gcf file/s - not sure which one, and reinstalling/downloading. A hassle I know, but that should sort it if the gcfs are corrupt.
