Ive been playing Counter-Strike: Source since October and havnt experience any problems with it. Right after ATI released the 4.12 drivers, and Valve released the new prodigy map with other updates was released, ive been experiencing lockups of the game lately. It doesnt happen often, maybe like every 10 minutes or so, but it gets annoying. What I mean by lockup is, it look like there is a connection problem, screen is blurry, cant move, than it stop after 20 secs or so. I rolled back to the 4.11 drivers, didnt solve anything. I also formatted my hard drive recently and went to windows xp pro because I was having sound and bootup problems. And I still get those lockups. So does anyone have any ideal what is causing this?
