logitech dual action pad help

hi there. i'm trying to get the sticks on my gamepad to work.everything else works fine,just not the sticks.and i'm sure that i'm configuring all the buttons properly.

anyone know how to fix this,cos i'm crap with a keyboard n mouse lol.

it recognises the sticks in the button config,but when i try n play it will strafe left and right,move forwards and backwards,look left and right but it won't look up and down.also i can't turn while moving.
