Looking for figure-drawing guides and resources

Recently I've been feeling more artistic, but I can't draw my way out of a paper bag (Not that it would be possible even if I COULD draw, that is). I'm looking for guides/tutorials/whatever-the-hell on figure drawing. Proportions, where this or that muscle is, how this bends when that moves, etc...
