Looking for some feedback

I'm looking for a few store manager/owner types to talk to about an idea for a product I would like to develop. Here are some criteria for the type of business I'm looking for right now:

-Non-corporate, or corporate franchise
-25+ employees
-Multiple shifts (morning, afternoon, etc)
-Multiple departments

Please note that I'm not selling anything at this point, just getting inputs on marketability and demand, etc.
