Lost Account

Hey guys, I have quite a problem here. In a nutshell, I've lost my Steam password and I am unable to retrieve verification sent in an e-mail as the e-mail account I registered Steam with is with an ISP I no longer use. I have Half-Life 2 gold, so I recieved the CD, collectors box, hat, posters, etc. Am I stuck in a bottomless hellhole in which I am going to need to purchase everything again, or does anyone have any suggestions so I can recover my account? This is legit, if you do not believe me, I can post a photograph including all the items with a piece of paper with my username on it (or any other text, for that matter).
