In Lost Odyssey you play as Kaim, an immortal who's lived for a thousand years. Here's the kicker: Kaim's lost his memory. As you progress through Lost Odyssey, you'll unlock many secrets of Kaim's past. Some are crucial to the overall storyline and are told through cut-scenes. Others, however, don't impact the story, but give a greater sense of Kaim and his world. These are handled quite differently with Lost Odyssey's A Thousand Years of Dreams feature.

This game has me going both ways. Part of me is impressed, but i've heard alot of negatives about it too.

Like Blue Dragon, this game is looking to bore me to death with its lack of innovation in the JRPG arena. FFXII looks much much better than this...and that was last-gen!
