My friends G4 lap top seems to have, well spacked out, i have no idea about macs so im hoping someone on here will be able to give me a hand.
Basicly the mac was left with the screen down wile my friend went out, she returned and the mac will not turn off. Its just sitting there with a black screen, it seems really hot as well, i suspect that it may be over heating or somthing but i cant say for sure. We have pressed the off button and it dosnt want to know.
Any help would be a god send! She has some course work to be given in in the next cople of days, so its pritty important that we get it sorted!
