MAJOR SPOILERS: Need help at about mid point in bioshock

Hey. I need help at about the middle point in Bioshock. I need to find out the code to Fontaine's elevator, and it's in the Paparazi Diary. I can't FIND THE DIARY, though. It's really starting to piss me off. So if someone could point me in the right direction to the diary, that would be grand.

It's on the ?top? floor if you go up the ramp by the elevator. The paparazzi fellow has his camera set up on part of the balcony (and he's quite dead).

EDIT: I may have already taken it, but gah, I can't find it.

EDIT2: What's Fontaine's elevator's combination because I think I already got the paparazzi diary...
