As long as the socket for you're P4 matchs the socket for the motherboard, then I can say that all will work together. :|

I'd suggest possibly getting a prebuilt system or have someone design/build it for ya if you don't know what's what.

yes the ABIT is-7 fits into 800fsb p4's.

The is7 is an Intel 865PE chipset if i'm not mistaken... What cooler are you planning on getting? Since the P4c series are extreme overclocking CPU's it helps to get the best you can afford.

Subz remember to get a pair of RAM blocks instead of one big. Otherwise it will slow your Front Side Bus and become a BIG bottleneck on your PC. Period.
