could do with some more work on the hands but im guessing its a low polly

The ears seem a bit broad and blocky and they stickout a little to much. They lack any flow of nice smoothing and just kinda look out of place.

The hands obviasly don't look sexy because its low polgon.I think they are pritty good.

The noise looks nicely structed along with the rest of the face, but his noise does stick out a little to much. But maybe he just has a big noise Not everyone can look like peter audria.

that post i did was crrecting the dude who said noise...i think the nse is awesome, quite a bit like mine i have that slightly roman thing going on, looks like a damn fine model whats he for?
