A Cincinnati man has been charged with public indecency for exposing his breasts.

Jerome Mason, a 23-year-old from Over-The-Rhine, appeared in court Tuesday after being cited for public indecency just after midnight on April 22nd.

It's unclear if the man has breasts that are larger than the average male's or if he has breast implants.

Mason has several mug shots on file. In the past he has had run-ins with police on such charges as receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct.

Looks like he has had a sex change. Either way, no matter what he was doing it in a manner that was innapropriate. It's not like he was extremely hot and assuming it was okay for a man to take off his shirt did, I'm sure he did it offensively.

Hahahahahaha. This is one hilarious arrest. So pretty much they arrested a transexual for having breast implants.. Our government is so unethical.

No, they arrested a man that had a sex change for exposing its breasts, the freak wants to be a woman so it is being treated as one I guess.

Well I am just very glad the police crack down on garbage like that, maybe it will get the help it needs.

I don't see why clothes are necessary other than keeping you warm. Wearing clothes should not be a law. But, that's just me. Of course, there's the anamoly of seeing a very ugly or fat man, but if you don't want to see that, go outside. Then again, fat men who are self-concious don't wear shorts, so maybe they would wear clothes.

But what makes it any different than any other man. It's just a man with boobies, albiet a little weird. There could be a potential lawsuit in this based on a loophole in the system.
 
looks liek a guy/girl or maybe a girl/guy either way probs arrested cos the police couldnt tell the diff at the time and they're embarrased now :):P
 
it says the guy was from Over-the-Rhine. well, i know a band called "over the rhine". I wonder what this is referring to, a city perhaps?

well, the first two links are the band and the third is Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, a neighborhood (i'm assuming a ghetto, not because the guy is black but the link tells about a homeless shelter there).
