Man let in US with bloody chainsaw

for an american he was surprisingly under-armed

I would go on a murdering rampage too if I had a bad hairday like that.

Wow, he really didn't care. Found the body on his kitchen floor? Wandering on a high way in a blood stained shirt?
Must say I agree with the spokesperson.

He was Canadian! He was over-armed! Crazy New Brunswicker. Lurn two reed KptSturn.

He was American I think...and Canada is retarded....they really dont care about their criminals do they? or is it they dont know what to do when someone commits a crime and they dont find him? They should have alerted the US with info on him and how he might try to flee back to the US.

The whole canada flame part was sarcasm but seriously why didnt they do what they should have done?

:upstare: he was going INTO the US ..not canada ..US guards patrol the border on the american side NOT canadian ..did you even bother to read the article?

errr ...reading comprehension:

"said the Canada-born Despres could not be detained because he is a naturalized U.S. citizen and was not wanted on any criminal charges on the day in question"

He wasn't American! I guess that explains everything! Hoorah for your smartness CptStern!
The following day, a gruesome scene was discovered in Despres’ hometown of Minto, New Brunswick

nat·u·ral·ize (năch'ər-ə-līz', năch'rə-) pronunciation

v., -ized, -iz·ing, -iz·es.

v.tr.

1. To grant full citizenship to (one of foreign birth).
Naturalized.

Thanks!

"Only in America!"

I read the article I thought it said he was coming to the US after commiting a murder in Canada...am I missing something...I didnt read the whole article.

Guys hes american...it said he was a US citizen...so you can assume hes american. EDIT i see...thats a ****ing stupid word to describe hes a foreign us citizen.

Oh stern I see where you got confused...I meant why didnt Canada alert the US saying "watch out for this guy he might try to come to your country"

srry for confusion

nice Devillock...old school punk rock Misfits hair-do..had one in middle school myself.. notice the hardcore punk rock guy killed the old country musician...sounds about par for the course...

maybe the old guy was warbling some god awful country twang and punk dude was hungover.. still not right, but if you have ever been hungover...you know what certain sounds can do to you!!

Something needs to be done about the borders. NOW. Imagine if that guy had gone on a further rampage.

I'm sure Canada wouldn't have let him in. For the security our nation pays for our border's are one of the biggest jokes in the world.

Militarize the southern border and totally revamp the northern border securities.

Correct

"Then they let him into the United States."

"The following day, a gruesome scene was discovered in Despres’ hometown of Minto, New Brunswick"

I like my idea ...one big wall on the 49th parallel :E

Possibly. There is a lot of crime (for both nations) that occurs on the empty stretch in desolate areas of Montana, etc. Not necessarily a big concrete wall but some sort of security. The problem is it's so huge that the cost of it would be enormous.

The decapitated body of a 74-year-old country musician named Frederick Fulton was found on his kitchen floor

He must have a place in his heart for country music

so far the best border protection we (America) have is these self-styled minute men along the mexican border...nobody has been shot(so far),and they have held illegals until the immigration services can get there to properly take care of things

a secure border is just not attainable ...there are literally hundreds of miles of border with no markings, no fences, nothing

or politicians with southern drawls trying to persuade us to do nasty things

win-win IMHO
