That is really messed up. I can't believe anyone could do that or even stand by and watch much less laugh at the scene. The people standing by and watching should face charges as well of some sort. I don't think there are laws over there for that so they should be stoned to death and the chav sit in prison for the rest of his life watching the video over and over. Sometimes torture can be justified.
