Day 2 of the Mann vs Machine update has been revealed, unveiling more brand new content. As well as a new map, the update page also reveals a system totally new to Team Fortress 2, Upgrade Stations. Players will be able to use credits they pick up in-game (from destroyed robots) to purchase Canteens, which provide the player with specific buffs depending on the type they purchase. These buffs include Ubercharge, Ammo Refill, Critical Hit Boost as well as several others.
Players will also be able to select specific upgrades to their class, such as damage output, ammo capacity, reload speed or projectile speed, to name but a few. The newly revealed 'Mercs' page also shows how class specific upgrades can develop class roles like never before.

Also revealed today is a wild west museum-themed map known as 'Coal Town', which you can check out here. You can check out the rest of the revealed updates on the official Mann vs Machine Day 2 page.
Better get ready, only 24 hours until the Metal Menace is unleashed on the world. In case you missed any of the new information from Day 1, you might want to go brush up on your robot killing knowledge before the update launches on Wednesday 15th August.
