ive been finding that a lot of people just didnt like matrix reloaded. If you are one of these people, post why here so i can contradict your very much wrong opinion:flame:

The action was cool. I've never rated anything else about it though.

I thought it was great, i liked the fact that it wasn't just action, and it took its time..it explained alot about the characters...making them real and not just 2d... :cheese:

It was an enjoyable film, but the first was better - probably because the effects were better than any other film at the time.

This one seemed to have far too little meaningful plot and dialogue - Morpheus' speech was cringeworthy. It was a good film, and the effects were amazing (almost persuaded me to ride a ducati on the wrong side of the motorway for fun), and I'm hoping the next one will be on par, or better :)

1. They had too many characters, most of them were not developed enough to be interesting.

2. Nero's superman abilities are silly at times.

3. The first hour of the movie is boring.

4. Special effects don't seem special .. or effective, anymore.

It's not a bad movie, but nowhere as good as the original.

I find that people are having a hard time following the story...and it was the same with the first one. Its not hard to follow at all. Whats so difficult about it. Some of the fighting scenes were bad ass so I enjoyed it.

The story plot was very hard to follow.BUt i liked ..

the plot isnt very hard to follow i think, but i have seen it twice so that helped, Hot Soup, what flaws are you referring to? There are indeed unanswered questions (its a trilogy remember) but i dont see any flaws.

A lot of people dont seem to understand parts of the movie, and therefore they think they are pointless. For example, the Megrovingian (or howveer the hell you spell his name) sent that orgasmic cake to that woman. Many thoughts this was pointless, but it is just showing one of the main themes of the matrix, the theme of machines becoming more human. Also a lot of people dont notice the irony of Agent Smith. In the first film, while interrogating Morpheus, he says that Humans are a virus of this world. The fact that he now infects everything he touches is very ironic.

this helped me understand a lot about the Architect scene.

The story was okay. Best parts about the movie was the action and effects sequences, it's top notch

I agree 90% - you missed out one thing that pissed me off through the whole film: the guy who replaced tank as the 'operator' (cant even remember his name). I just think he didnt suit the role one bit, and where the hell did Tank get to? Did he die in one of the Animatrix episodes or summit :/

1. maby
2. yes, i find his super hero crap halirous though
3. no
4. 50 computer generated agent smiths being flawlessly rendered and animated frame by frame, that is special, and effective

as for tank who the hell cares lol, probably got reassigned

I would say for all the action scenes, they went on for just one bit too long, there were plenty of opportunitites during the smith scene where it could have stopped and left people breathless and wanting more, but it kept on going.

I care about Tank cos if he was still in it, it would have made it a much better film for me :)

There were definately too many new characters introduced, but i guess thats what happens when you expand!

Tank's actor asked for too much money for a sequel and they were forced to can him.
I loved Reloaded, although to be honest it was almost tailor made for me and my likes. I also think it's hard to judge exactly until I've seen Revolutions, as that will really wrap up all my questions.

I saw reloaded yesterday and i didnt think it was as good as the original but quite good, my favorite scene was on the highway and the fight against all the Smiths was a little bit boring in the end but otherwise i liked it.

Reloaded was almost crap compared to the first one. It was way to hard to follow, I had no idea why and when they started searching for the damn key maker (although he kicked ass). The action was great, sometimes it annoyed me, like the chinese guy protecting the oracle. When they just started fighting I almost stood up and screamed "WHAT THE HELL!" Thank god he explained himself after the fight.

The special affects were amazing (sometimes annoying). Like the bullet time, I think they stressed it out too much in this film. Like when they jump off the front of the truck on the bike. They didnt need to slow it down right there. And where Trinity is falling and gets shot, that scene lasted WAY too long and they showed it way too many times. Atleast they could have shortened it the more they showed it.

I've seen a good trailer for Revolutions (not the one after the Reloaded credits) and it looks much better than Reloaded. Lets just hope so

yea that was funny but not really funny. but a lot of it is true

LMFAO that was halirous, advertising with the powerade made me laugh

LOL they summed up entirely what i thought was wrong with the film, and made it funny

The first was better, simply because, being the first of a trilogy, the narrative was far more satisfying and complete. The action was better but since reloaded was the middle of the narrative arc the story feels directionless and empty, but the characters are well-developed. There is one thing that would have made this film so much better-if Christopher Lee had been The Arcitect. Then he would have spoken slowly and clearly.
Bloody great action though.

never thought of that, christopher lee would be a great architect

I am a HUGE fan of the original Matrix and I was hoping that they would deliver a great sequel, but to be totally honest Reloaded wasn't that good, it had some cool scenes but the movie it self just sucked. I think the story line was total crap and I can't believe they took that direction with it. Even the way they ended it was lame. The superman thing was a freaking joke, this movie is " what they thought the ppl would want to see" well they were way off. And don't even get me started with Jaded Pinkett-Smith wtf were they thinking of casting her dumb ass.

This prety much sums it up>

read this funny ass review

ONE MORE THING! They should have explained what Mr. Smith was, and how he became that! I was so f-ing confused about that! I thought the movie would be more about him and what he had become. And if they did explain it, the explaination was crammed in with all the other shit i didnt understand
