Matrix Style Graphics Problem

I gotta agree with lister your card may be overheating. Try to tone it down a bit if you have overclocked it.

also make a note of ur temp reading, u can get em from the BIOS on startup, usual key is 'DEL'. Go here when u start seeing this material on game s& then record the temp & get back to us.

Also try playing games with ur side panel off the case.

first of all there is no temp. reading on a fx 5600 also the only reason he would be getting artifacting if because all of the thermal paste is gone or youve overclocked to far

not necessary, if there is poor airflow in the case this could be the issue.

Sorry for the late reply but I was out most of yesterday :D

Anyway ive updated a few things on my comp (including the card drivers and DirectX) and the problem "seems" to have gone.

Ive never oc my graphics cards so that shouldnt be a problem. The card is nearly 4 years old now so it could do with replacing anyway lol.
