Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond

So a 3D sidescrolling sequel to last year's Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard (didn't so well, which is a shame - its a funny game with decent gameplay) hit XBL yesterday. So far its a blast. One level entitled "Dismember the Alamao" is a combination of TF2, Wild West, and Mario. The entire level is a Payload map with sentries, teleporters, respawn rooms, and cowboys that fire pipebombs and six shooters at you. The level looks straight out of TF2 even. Then there's another level "Whose Mine Is It Anyway?" which begins as AHH MOTHERLAND KILL RUSSIANS and later on becomes a journey through a parody of the Aperture Science facility in Portal. Hell, the very first level is set inside a cruise ship containing a spot on parody of Rapture from Bioshock, complete with moaning enemies in big blue diving suits.

Honestly, do yourselves a favor and get this game if you can. It's incredibly fun, funny, and god damn do I love me some gratuitous violence.
