I love Max Payne. He's my hero :)

I even have the Max Payne mouse pad I got with the game still :cheers:
 
Looks very nice, and I am glad that it will be a story-driven game with a romance in it! Yay for romance...

Pressure, same here, how does your mouse pad looks?
 
I have a very large Game edition mousepad from frys electronics. Very nice indeed.

Im looking forward to this game, I can actually run it now because I just ordered a Radeon 9500 Pro.
 
Am I the only one smelling an exact same game on a revamped engine with no new gameplay and Mona Sax (well I assume that's who the lass in the pictures is) looking like Courtney Bloody Cox?

It's shame really.

That aren't as good as snow effects.
And don't have the same ambience.
And don't explain why no-one's on the NYC streets.
And... sounds good, don't it?
 
I think i might like it, i didnt buy the first game (couldnt afford it)
And i dont think it just will be a remake with new graphics engine, but who knows?
 
I think it looks just like the first game... Maybe *slightly* prettier, but just barely. Nothing more than a polybump to modern hardware standards.

Btw, The Fall of Max Payne sound really really really stupid...
 
When you begin to play that game you get to see a movie where Max dies and then the game is over...

But your right about that it looks like the first game with new graphics engine, and SNOW, has it gone a year since his wife and kid died?

I like it. And if it's more of the same revamped that's good for me, MP kicked ass, and I trust they aren't gonna dissapoint us. It has teh pretties, the action and the story to rock and it shall.

[EDIT] - Only prob, Max looks alot like Richard off Coro St. :|
 
Oh don't even start about graphics, it looks very good, to me on the same level with HL2.
 
kinda rediculous considering how max payne ended but hey ive always got room for max payne' ness

even if the story is the same as the first exept makes no sense (see ign review)

max looks kinda like john stewart... fun :cool: I love how chambers slide back and the gun mechanics are all realistic

I want multiplayer its SO possible and I also want mod support up the wazoo

Yeah I suppose so. They could've called it "Max Payne II" and just left it at that.
 
Nah, they're going for the whole film look, I think they WANT it to sound cheesey :P
 
The way Max Payne talked in the first one (in the comic strips) he sounded like an English major. It was so full of metaphors and big words.
