May be old news, but it's possible to play through Half Life 2 in Portal as Chell with a portal gun

You can still use your weapons and stuff but that's no fun, I'm trying a pacifist run through~

It is old news,there are vids on youtube about it, you can just spawn the portal gun if you have the orange box on steam. As for the killing part,it still is hl, so you do get all of the weapons eventually (although you probably can evade picking them all up with placing portals at the right places, but you will still pick up the gravity gun)
Same goes for portal, do an impulse 101 in portal and you shall have the full HL2 arsenal at your disposal.
How is this possible?
Well, the orange box version of the games places all of the hl and portal materials in the same place (atleast the old updates did, not sure about this after the steampipe update thing, it messed up alot of things )
So what you can do is play portal,and load up HL2 levels in it, or play HL and just spawn the portal gun. It broke the back of the game, making some crazy glitches, so i am not sure if you can still do it.
But,since AndrewMilkHotel is doing it, you probably can
