Me Router

i have DSL and my tele company is gay. I had to get my DSL modem configured for two computers, it still didnt let me on. So i called them and they said i had to configure my router so it can get my ip and shit. I have no flipping clue how to configure my router

if the output from your dsl modem on your side of it is ethernet, just get a multiport switch, some NIC's and you are good to go! this will work fine if your DSL modem gives you a private IP on your side but sends out a public IP to the outside world.
hopefully it will have some sort of SW or HW firewall as well.
FYI- if your NIC's will have public IP's and NOT your modem/router, you will be COMPLETELY exposed to attacks! get a HW and SW firewall ASAP!
