Medusa 5.1 Headset mic aint working

Hey guys I bought this really expensive Headset yesterday
Sound is fine and all but the mic aint working right if enable a certain option I can here my self but nobody can here me
so guys can u help yeah and I got a turtle beach Soundcard

i got the medusa speedlink 5.1 too, pretty decent headphones, though mine screetches, and buzzes when the cordless phone is near (amp is on top of my PC)

i have my mic muted in windows, and let each specific game handle voice (like cs source) make sure you press the voice comm button when you speak, i dont think cs source actually has one assinged by default

I think so
I can hear everyrhing when turn o some option in that Santa Cruiz Control Center I can hear myself so the mic cant be broken it has to be one option I just cant fiind
