Memory cannot be "read", game crash during DeathMatch

playing deathmatch, the game crashes every once and a while, giving me a windows error message:

"Instruction at 0x2406dd69 referenced memory at 0x0106facc. Memory could not be 'read'."

anyone having a similar bug?
