The GL's use a CAS latency of 3, which is pretty standard. The better stuff uses "GH" chips, which uses a CAS latency of 2.

Just quoting a site. I went on google and typed "CAS latency rating". From this aspect I can assume that CL2 is better than CL3, right?

I have a wonderful program called PC Wizard which gives in relatively huge detail, information about the mainboard, processor, right down to optical drives, and sound device and bios.

Checking out my memory, this is what information it came up with

Voltage: 2.5V
Supported Frequency: 133 MHz, 166MHz, 200MHz

CAS latency (tCL): 2 clocks @ 133 MHz, 2.5 @ 166MHz, 3 @ 200 MHz
RAS to CAS (tRCD): 2 clocks @ 133 MHz, 3 @ 166MHz, 3 @ 200 MHz
RAS Precharge (tRP): 2 clocks @ 133 MHz, 3 @ 166MHZ, 3 @ 200 MHz
Cycle Time (tRAS): 6 clocks @133 MHz, 7 @ 166 MHz, 8 @ 200 MHz

Considering that I am running the memory at 200 MHz (taking into account that my memory is DDR), and taking in the fact that better results from CL2 rather than CL3, should I decrease the frequency? I would like to hear the advantages and disadvantages for doing this please, thanks.
