A quick scan of the forums revealed that nobody else realized this:

Some of the words on that whiteboard are encoded with ROT-13. The clue is the words "ROT-13" written on the whiteboard, and anyways, I recognize ROT-13 instantly when I see it. ROT-13 is basically letters are rotated around the alphabet thirteen times, kind of a kiddy spy code letter replacement thing. z goes to m, and m goes to z.

Anyways, the words where it says important with the arrow are "hello, -something- visitors". Valve is obviously playing a trick on us, because I cannot read the middle word because of somebody's bad handwriting. (Took me a while to realize that's a U, not a V at the beginning there.) The best guess I can do for the middle word is "gbne" which decodes to "toar" which is not a word. "gbme" is "tozr". Anybody got any ideas?

More importantly is the stuff in the upper left. It's a URL. You can only see part of it, which decodes to "life2.com/secret/pwn3d". Obviously this points to "www.half-life2.com/secret/pwn3d" which is likely a new screenshot or something, but we don't know because it requires a password. The username and password are likely ROT-13 encoded under the url in the screenshot, but the screenshot clips off.

So, the big question of the day is, what is the password? Perhaps we can get Gabe to send us an image of the entire whiteboard?
