microphone program ?

isnt there a program that lets you play mp3's to your microphone like super crispt and clear?

I want to play sound clips over cs, but i have no idea how they get it so freaking clear ?

Not sure about CSS.
There is a script you could write for playing them over the voicecom in CS. Some programs made the script for you and let you switch between audio files to use.

I forget what it was called. Tell you the truth, I'm not sure many people enjoy stuff over the voicecom on public severs.
I used to have a Mario theme to play for clanmates for fun but that's it.

When I do, I just set my sound card to play what I hear to other people. When I do it with my friends, I use Ventrilo. I usually don't though cause it's annoying.

Thats a really annoying thing to do. Lot of people find it childish, its like farting over the mic..

im not going to go overboard with dumb music playing 24/7 just everyonce in a while have, like homer say something funny.

there has to be some sort of program hmm its probably easy to make for a programmer with C++, right ?

It would be just a script. Search google for a audio script for CS voicecomm. Something along those lines.
