Microsoft C++ Visual Runtime Error - Please Help !

Hey Guys, I got my latencey problem sorted and then another problem appears, i was playing Half-Life 2 earlier when i got this error message

Microsoft C++ Visual Runtime Error

Then the location of the file

Abnormal Program Termination



then i click OK and it closes, i just played some CSS and within a while it did the same thing, can anybody tell me why it's doing this and how i can sort it, i've never had this problem before ;(

Maybe corrupted files?

I had the same probelm whil I was using my Notebook to download Hl2,but while installing
on my PC,no problems at all
