It's fun because it's a cool game. It's not like, he plays Grand Theft Auto and he plays Half-Life, which is a game for the PC, and I mean it's literally like a first person pick up a crowbar and kill people with it, and it's scary to me, and I'm like, 'Marco, what are you playing? This is really awful.' So, when he brought Resident Evil over, I was like, 'Hmm. That looks really beautiful actually. The framing, the colors are really dark and I was like, 'What are you playing?' Next thing you know, half an hour later, I'm still watching…"

kinda twisted and not a full view of Half Life, but I found it amusing..

Hmmm, shameless advertizing, and both resident evil movies are total crap, even for mindless action movies.
 
Yeah resi evil was a bit rubbish, but hey so are most game-movie titles, although chronicles of riddick and goldeneye are probably the best movie-game things that actually worked.
 
But both of those were movie to game, not game to movie.
 
Was that off of the Resident Evil DVD commentry, because she mentions Half-Life on that.

I saw the RE:A last night and I was... scared and impressed by the story/enviroment. I would rather read about in the book, though, because their camera technicues were weird. Plus I didn't appreciate the language, which I suppose was to be expected because whereas I'm scared in my seat, they're in IT! Still disappointed.

Interesting, I thought RE was pretty cool. Perhaps it was that way because I was never a fan of the game.
 
I'll give her the benefit of the doubt on her speech, so she talks overly casually. I've never played RE nor seen the movies. But she said it herself, shes not a gamer :)
 
well.. not every game is going to appeal to everyone's tastes.. so...whatever.
i wish the RE series would be available on PC but it isn't so i am stuck :(
 
I dont think you will find a new copy. But im sure you can ask for a order.
 
Resident Evil on PC is a straight port, like Tomb Raider. It's graphically pretty crap and glitchy and the controls aren't great... but I don't think it's as bad as Final Fantasy 7/8 PC ^_^

That's nothing. I saw an interview with one of the Olsen Twins, and she literally said "you know" after every two or so words. In a 4-5 minute interview I counted maybe 40 times, and I only started counting a quarter of the way through.

It's a good thing they're legal :thumbs:
 
Leave Milla alone, English isn't her first language. She had a really nice voice, check out her vocals on the Underworld soundtrack. She also has an album out, but I can't remember what it's like.

I'm sure that if Milla played Half-Life and was a gamer, she'd love it. Non gamers are far more likely to enjoy a console game than a PC Game. It's the way console games are presented.

EDIT: I say "You know" a lot. Also, There's a drinking game you can play, take a shot whenever David Beckham says "You know" in an interview. You'll get drunk rather quickly.

The Olsen interview would kill you. Alcohol poisoning if you're lucky, most would choke to death on their shot glass.

If by good you mean awful, I agree with you.

Actually, awful was a bit harsh. I liked the general story, I just wish it was told a bit better,

I liked the story and setting of the movie. Everything just fit. The thing is i like almost every movie i see. :P Its just how i am i find something to like about almost all movies i see.
