Mini Community Project - interested ?

Hi guys, im working on a mod... (ORLY?!) yes, really.
Im in need of some dialogue just like the female voice you hear echoing through City 17 informing the combine of rebel activity. My problem is that my english grammar and vocabulary isnt that big.

What i want to do is post the message/conditions/context/names stuff like that, that you guys then use to make up these messages which i cant write by myself...

Now if been thinking about doing this for a week orso, and thought i might aswell just ask you guys if your interested in helping me out before i post the community project/assignment and context and names etc.

If enough people are interested ill post what i need in the post below.

Ok, so here's the scenario;

"In places roads will be blocked by military checkpoints guiding evacuating civilians out of the city. Instructions will be givin through speakers, in a voice similar to the one used in HL2.
The city is already evactuated when you're there so there wont be any people listening to the messeges, they're simply there to add a spooky deserted atmosphere."
These are the instructions:

- form straight lines

- carry full ID

- for information go to info point

- all cars will be thoroughly checked

- don't leave luggage unattended

-anyone trying to pass the checkpoint without ID will be shot


What has to be done is that those instructions are made into messages that sound strict, formal and correct, minimal but informative, and ofcourse, cool.
Some good examples of what im trying to achieve are in;

-"Half-Life 2" (the voice you hear echoing through city17)
-trainstations (The announcements you hear in real life trainstations)
-"I am legend" (In the beginning they evacuate manhattan, there you see soldiers instructing evacuating civilians)

Oh and feel free to add more logical instructions that you'd expect to hear around a checkpoint, and we'll definitely consider using them.

SCREENSHOTS & BACKGROUND STORY

"It's approximately a hundred years from now... the aftermath of the Third World War.
Countries all over the world are suffering an economic crisis which has led to a dramatic food and water shortage. The countries that do have enough resources are under martial law, food and water are not being divided equally, consequently civil war has broken out.

Your country, China, has fallen under a military regime that is trying to bring China back to order by joining the World Union (WU). Joining the WU offers China a chance to resolve it's financial problems, securing it's position internationally.

The regime has began exporting large amounts of China?s resources, trading with the WU for military supplies to support the oppression of the civilians.
A large portion of the population disagrees with China joining the WU and with the export of China's resources. This has led to the formation of rebel groups who try to fight off the military regime.

The rebels are considered terrorists by the WU, who have ordered China to get rid of all resisting forces before they are allowed to join them.
With support from the WU, the regime evacuates the larger cities where most rebels are situated. Afterwards, they send in special forces to sweep the evacuated areas, killing those who stayed behind... "

-All cars will be thoroughly checked. Please leave your car in neutral and ensure the emergency brake is activated. Please remain in your vehicles until notified by
department officials. Anyone seen to have their car in gear will be punished according to departmental guidelines.


-Please ensure you carry full ID, anyone attempting to pass the checkpoint without ID will be shot.

-Do not leave luggage unattended. Any unattended luggage will be destroyed by department officials.

-For any information regarding the checkpoint, please proceed to the information point.

-Department official needed in Checkpoint 1 Kilo.


-Security needed in Checkpoint 1 Kilo. Security needed in Checkpoint 1 Kilo. Department officers proceed with caution.

-I miss military terms for stuff.
-It feels to "simple" (as in to straight forward), try mixing in stuff that sounds like it makes sence, but simply sounds cool, just to ad the military oppressing regime feel to the messages. (if im to vague, tell me!)

Everybody in the mod speaks Chinese, but its in English so you can understand it.
So in this mod Chinese = English...

But it's an evil regime in China right? And the civilian populace would be mostly Chinese? It would make more sense to have annoucements broadcast in both languages.
