missing mss32.dll?

I tried installing a game..but as I try to load the game I get a message saying:

mss32.dll not found [no game crash info]

This has been going on for weeks and I've come no closer to fixing the problem. what do I do??? Please Help!!!!!!!!!

Is the error during installation or trying to load the game?
What specs are your PC?
Are your drivers up to date?
What have you tryed already?

Search it on google, download it (usually the first result) place in the same folder as your game.
