MLS DLL Error

Whenever I try to load Half-Life 2 I get an error saying that the MLS DLL is not correctly installed in the Windows directory. Help?

Download this free program. It'll search for faulty DLL's and will probably aid you in recovering them. Spyware-free I think (the License Agreement doesn't say anything about it, so it's probably cool.)
