instead of posting like 5 new times, why dont you just make a news post called "mod tidbits" or "mod updates" which has a few lines on the latest progress with currently active mods.

With all the mods being made for Half-Life 2 it probably seems quite hard to nitpick which ones to make half page news posts about.

Because we don't want to.

was just makeing a suggestion to clean up the news posts, providing you with feedback.. take it or leave it, isin't that partly what this section is for? If you dont like my idea of course you wont implement it but you could at least kindly say why you'd rather not.

That's worse than Munrownage, these days.

Personally I like the mods on the front page. For a start; it's not like we've got anything else to put there, plus it's really interesting to just browse through them. Sure, I never actually dowload any, but it's more interesting than reading "Top story: Gabe eats dohnut. ...again. 532 pictures here."

I also like the mods news. I'm too lazy to browse around and find them otherwise.

There's just no need, really.

thanks for at least being reasonable about it
I'm sorry if my post came over as being hostile, but there is only so many ways to say: "We don't want to" :)
