Mod Question

Is anyone making a mod similar to GTA but on a smaller scale. Im talking about a 32 person, standard sized map, maybe a city block. It would feature vehicles and drivebys and the like.

I think so yes. They obviously didn't notice that it was GTA's large playing field that made it enjoyable
