Models dissapering

Using the new source SDK I made a basic test map and placed a van as a physic object (both tried multiplayer and overide)in it. The van however does not show up, it reacts to shots and players as it should but it does not show up at all! Might it be my compiling? If it might can somebody help me setting up the compiler correctly?
 
That van isn't meant to be a physical prop...

So that might have something to do with it...
 
Then please explain why the Oilbarrel thing does the same.
I can se a shadow, and that's all.
