Mods Disappeared!

I just started up steam today and it went through the usual updating process. Ready to play some Natural Selection, I noticed that I could not find it nor any of my HL1 or HL2 mods. I could find my mods the other day no problem and they are still where they are supposed to be in the steam folder. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have a solution?

that happened to me a couple months ago but im not sure how it happened.wasnt a big deal to me though.

If you restart steam it should work again.

no i mean the folders were gone with it.

For the HL1 mods, make sure you're in the correct Steam user account.

Valve released an update that caused this problem. They've already fixed it and released another update, so it should work now.
