With HL2,Halo2, Vampire:bloodlines, MGS3 all coming out at the same time, I will not have enough money to buy this game( but I woulnt buy it anyway).

damn why is the special edition being released before the normal copy? A week earlier! this is a very bad move imho, the dvd SE will be released on the 2nd before any of the other big name games, but the normal version will come out a few days after Halo 2 and a few days before HL2 ..IMHO there's not enough time in between AAA games. MoH PA may get lost in the shuffle

That is the fastest turn around i've ever heard of, 1 week? I suppose if it is just the collectors edition, they'll be shipping out just enough for the collectors edition in the first week and then the rest will be the standard edition a week later.

With Halo2 on the console and Halflife2 on the pc sandwiching it, Pacific Assault goes from an average game to a very subpar game.

yes I agree ..they really are shooting themselves in the foot by releasing the SE before the standard edition ..I'm not paying extra for things I dont want just to have the game one week earlier ..now as it stands I wont buy it till after I've played HL2 to death ..bad move EA
