I am filled with euphoria and dread. Euphoria because it is MI. Dread because it is a Lucas "Special Edition" and we all know what happens when these words mix.

Also, I cannot imagine this will not be offered (at the very least) for the Wii/DS somehow, not to mention the PSN and PC. I already have all of the classic LucasArts title s and then some running on every platform I own thanks to the ScummVM, but this sort of attention can only be a good thing for a brilliant franchise gem.

Seriously, if they never made any more games EVER, I would be perfectly content playing all of those old titles and that is it.

Hayden Christensen as the ghost of le chuck? MEATHOOK SHOOTS FIRST.

Actually, I can't begin to think why Lucasarts haven't cashed in on the success of point and click on the console already. Well, apart from the fact that homebrew ScummVM already put a great version of it on there.

thisd be pretty epic. its always looked like a good game to me, but ive never been able to play it.

LOL. Exactly. The last thing we need is them futzing with the story or adding really anything at all to the wonder and magnificence that is the gaming personification of Ron Gilbert's twisted ego. :E

Seriously. They got my money once when I bought the originals. That has gotten it onto just about every electronic device in my house without paying another red cent. I would gladly pay for it again if they were to release a DS or Wii or any port, even though I play it on those already. They could get me (and other adventure gaming lunatics like me) to pay for the same game twice or even three or four times!! Why are they not doing this??? Do they really hate money so much???
