I made this Monster Snake head in Zbrush3

The mud/ground/whatever it sticks out of was just a really quick thing i made, im going to make an environment and all that later

It looks very good. But it would imo look better if the head was wider and flatter then the body and the corners of the mouth were pushed forwards. Now it kinda looks like a worm imo.

isnt that the program used in the bumbmapings of the antlions in hl2?

For some reason I read this thread as "Master Shake" and ended up really confused.

The snake is awesome looking.

That's some amazing detail there, very nice.

It looks like it would have a hard time seeing directly in front of itself though, unless it tipped it's head way down or to the side all the time :\

Thanks!

Yeah it will have trouble seeing infront of itself but i dont think real snakes can do that either, or can they?

Im trying to figure out how to paint/texture it. I managed to do it but then the texture applies to all other subtools in the scene, like the ground and rocks, teeth and toung etc. How would i paint each subtool separate?
