Sorry to hijack, but I put more faith in the TESIV:Vvardenfell team to recreate Vvardenfell. Not only are they farther into it, they are also working with several different mod teams which plan to include Black Marsh, Skyrim, Elsweyr and Valenwood. I doubt that mod will live for much long sadly. :\
