Most Hated Bands/Songs?

What songs or bands do you hate most? I dont like rap or boy/girl bands. Especially that stupid rap thats all about ******* some girl or getting more and more money or doing/selling drugs. All sounds the same. I hate those crap bnads like Nsinc or whoever. They are all stupid and dont care about pleasing fans at all. They only care about money. I just cant connect with either of those genres. Ill listen to most any other type of music except those.

There are good rap songs out there...I just don't like the image and values that the "rap subculture" promotes. Money, drugs, women, and that's it.

I hate...and I mean absofreakinlutely HATE emo. Who was? Antiflag? Yes, Antiflag. They put it best..."waaaahhh...my girlfriend left me...and I'm really HURT..." I also hate the style of dress, hairstyles, etc. associated with "the scene".

Well, that's my negative ran for the day.

This new wave of rock bands that all sound exactly the same, wear the same clothes, and pretend to be punk.

Good Charlotte, Avril Lavigne, Simple Plan, and all of those other bands (not Blink 182 or Green Day, they're decent rock groups) need to go to hell.

I'm not a hardcore punker like I used to be, DK and Minor Threat and the like, but I still hate it when people act like they're punk when they aren't.

No, but that's the only funny comic I could find. I've gone to a couple of those shows...just to hang out with my friend...and yeah, I've never seen a group of people so intent on TRYING to be different and cool that they all end up being the same...and whiny.

Blink-182 actually tunred out to be a good just plain old rock band. And I think they are embracing this.

Anti-flag is without a doubt one of the best modern punk bands,
but give me pennywise, rancid or the U.S bombs anyday.
Also what the hell is Thursday? (genre) I dont know what they are But I cant get enough of them.

I can't say I really don't like popular music, since most of the stuff I'm listening to right now hit the charts seemingly the day after I bought it.
I'm talking about the likes of Modest Mouse, Snow Patrol, Franz Ferdinand, and Flogging Molly. All of their recent albums broke them into the mainstream.

Pretty much anything playing on commercial radio, most specifically (but not limited to): Celine Dion, Foo Fighters, Hip Hop, RnB, Country, new Metallica stuff, pseudo-punk kiddie groups (you know, Blink 182, Good Charlotte, Linkin Park, etc.), emo (I don't mind people whining in songs, but darn, these singers sound like 16yo who didn't hit puberty yet)

by the way there is NO hip hop on the radio, except sometimes late in the night on underground local radios. what you hear (ja rule, nelly, sean paul and all those ******s) is shit pop, not hip hop.

they are "emo"/screamo. a genre which alot of people are ignorant about and hate because they are stereotypical arses.
thursday is a good band, they were the first "actual" band that i listened to which introduced me to the "scene" =P ever since then ive never looked back.

THANK GOD! I almost got in a fight with like ten goth kids that always wore "made" and good charlote clothes, because I said Good charlotte is not punk. (well I actually threw school lasagna at them too) Ahh the good old days of high school. :thumbs:
